Because of its size, we have reserved a large percentage of the hotel rooms in Albuquerque. The rates are the best available in the city guaranteed by the hotels so long as we use their room blocks to reserve the rooms needed for the event. The rates include up to 4 people and a breakfast is included at all hotels – even at hotels which normally do not include breakfast in their rates. Therefore, we are requiring teams to utilize the blocks being held and work with our contracted housing bureau to secure your rooms. Hotels will not be authorized to work with the teams directly and will refer you to HBC Event Services to handle your team blocks.
HBC Event Services has coordinated all of the hotel room blocks and put them in one centralized location for your convenience and review. You can go to www.sandiacuphotels.com to view the participating hotels. Additionally, there are instructions on how to book your team block and you will be designated a staff person to assist you with your bookings. This person will become your liaison between the hotel and your team.
Having all our reservations go through one centralized booking point will allow us to utilize historical data that is made available to us at the end of the event. We pass this data on to the city and state so they can see how our presence in New Mexico is valued!
